Interprefy's Media Services?

Interprefy's Media Services help organisations transform live events, meetings, webinars, and conferences into reusable digital content. Through event recordings, transcripts, captions, subtitles, and post-production support, you can extend the value of your content long after the live event has ended — as on-demand libraries, training materials, blog content, accessibility resources, and more. You can access this content two ways: self-service through Media Hub, or as a fully managed service handled by Interprefy's Media team.

There are two ways to access your post-event content, depending on how much control and polish you need: Self-Service through Media Hub, or Managed Services handled end-to-end by Interprefy's Media team.

What's the difference between Interprefy Media Hub and Managed Services?
 Media Hub is self-service: you access and download your raw event recordings and files directly. Managed Services means Interprefy's Media team edits, corrects, and delivers a polished recording or transcript for you, in Enhanced or Premium quality. 
What is the difference between captions and transcripts?
Captions are timed text synced to a video, shown on-screen or delivered as an SRT file. Transcripts are a standalone written document of everything said, without timestamps, formatted for reading or repurposing.
Can I order transcripts without recordings?
Yes. Standalone Enhanced transcripts are available even if you don't need an edited recording. 
How quickly are recordings and transcripts delivered after an event?
Interprefy Media Hub content access is instant. Enhanced recordings: next-day, with limitations for large events. Premium recordings: 1 week minimum. Enhanced transcripts: standard within 24 hours, with expedited delivery available on request. 
What file formats are available?
 It depends on the option. Managed Services recordings are delivered as MP3 (audio) and MP4 (video) per language/floor, with transcripts as DOCX or TXT, and captions burnt into the video or delivered as SRT files. Media Hub offers more format flexibility for self-service use: captions can be downloaded as SRT, VTT, or plain TXT, and AI-generated summaries can be previewed, copied, or downloaded as TXT, PDF, or DOCX. 
Can event recordings be translated into multiple languages?
Yes, through either option. With Managed Services, recordings and transcripts can be delivered in the original meeting language or in translated versions upon request, with a separate file produced for each language. With Media Hub, audio and video tracks are available per language as soon as your event ends — including floor (original), interpretation/AI, and floor-filled versions — and you can generate transcripts and AI summaries in over 80 languages yourself, even languages that weren't enabled during the live session.
What is the difference between Interprefy Media Services Enhanced and Premium?
Enhanced covers technical editing and trimming, with AI-assisted refinement. Premium adds linguist proofreading and correction, manual synchronisation, and re-edited content for length and speed — a broadcast-ready result.
